The Surface Laptop Studio is one of the most exciting devices Microsoft has introduced recently. In some ways, it can be seen as a successor to the Surface Book line, but it’s really meant to bring together the Surface Laptop and Studio lines. It has an all-new design that’s largely inspired by the Surface Studio, it’s the most powerful Surface laptop ever, and it runs Windows 11 out of the box. Typically, Surface devices haven’t given you a lot of options for docking. You either use the Surface Connect port or standard USB Type-C. Thunderbolt docks work, but you wouldn’t be able to make full use of their bandwidth with Surface devices.
